By booking an appointment at Marie Omobude, you automatically agree to all of the Terms & Conditions listed here.




Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients, a loss of revenue to the salon and earnings for our hair designers.  We therefore ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice for any appointment change or cancellation.


In the event of continuous no-show or repeat late cancellations, the full cost of the service booked applies and a 50% deposit required for future appointments.


Equally, if we have to cancel your appointment we will also supply 48 hours’ notice. If we are unable to provide 48 hours’ notice we will credit the client’s account with a 15% discount of the original booking.




Marie Omobude / EbonyHairBeauty Ltd want every client to be 100% happy with their hair.

If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us immediately and we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate solution. We promise that if your complaint meets with the correct criteria we will offer you free hairdressing until your issue has been resolved.


You will be referred to the Salon Manager immediately who will deal with the complaint.  We will ask you to return within two weeks of the original appointment to enable us to offer you a haircut or colour free of charge as long as the service is the same as the original appointment.


If you have simply changed your mind or if you return after the third week, normal charges may apply.

If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut yourself or a third party this guarantee becomes null and void.

It is completely normal and acceptable for a client’s cut or colour to be carried out every four weeks which is why you will be charged as per normal once the three weeks have passed.


We welcome feedback and it is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your hair at any stage.




Please note, it is our policy not to pass on any of your colour formulations or suppliers details to yourself or any third party.




50% deposits are required for all appointments.  Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 48 hours’ notice.  Deposits are required for every service.  Deposits can be paid by bank transfer to ensure your booking.   Your appointment cannot be booked until the deposit has been taken.




For any new clients or lapsed clients who have not visited us for over 7 months, we do require a 50% deposit to honour the initial booking.  We operate a 48 hour notice period so if the booking is within this time frame the deposit will be non-refundable if you fail to turn up or cancel your appointment.




Marie Omobude reserveS the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time. Management reserves the right to refuse any service at any time.  Services may not be available at all times. All offers, promotions and vouchers have a minimum spend of £60 and are valid for 30 days from day offer/voucher is sent unless otherwise stated. Cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion including VIP.  One voucher per person per visit. Unless otherwise stated all offers, vouchers, discounts and promotions exclude Children appointments. Some promotions require payment before the appointment can be booked – this payment is non-refundable if you fail to turn up or change the appointment without 48 hours notice.




A New Client Offer is available for all new Marie Omobude clients or those who have not visited Marie Omobude within 7 months or more.  Clients must collect the voucher from the relevant website page, fill out the registration form and voucher and present on arrival to the Marie Omobude herself in order for the discount to apply. A minimum spend of £60 applies. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one voucher per person.




A Loyalty Card (single user) entitles the holder to cumulate points for £££ off hair services and retail. This card will be automatically refused and held if it appears to have been defaced or tampered with or there is evidence of fraud. The card is non-transferable. Proof of identity may be required when using the Loyalty Card.  All Loyalty Cards are issued by and remain the property of Marie Omobude which may at any time terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation. From time to time amendments may be changed.  We will inform you via email 30 days prior to any changes.  Cannot be used with any other vouchers, promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated. No cash value.




A discount applies for a hair extensions services for any client who has not visited any Marie Omobude within seven months or more.  Only valid for 30 days from email sent date or text message sent date.  A copy of the email or text message is required for the discount to be applied.  The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion or redeemed for cash. The voucher is non-transferable.




Step.1 Pick up referral cards and forward to friends and family


Step.2 Your friend or family member visits  Marie Omobude and receives £20 off hair extensions fitting or hair loss services. Service has to have a minimum value of £60.

Step.3 We will then send you £20 off your next hair extensions fitting or hair loss service to say ‘thank you’ for recommending us once your friend or a family member has visited us first.


A minimum spend of £60 applies. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. One voucher per visit per person.
